Klostergata 20 student housing is centerally located by the River Nidelva, direcly opposite Nidaros Cathedral. Here you live close to Studentersamfundet, NTNU Gløshaugen and Trondheim city centre, with short walking distance to NTNU's campuses at Kalvskinnet and Øya. The backyar faces the river, Marinen and Nidaros Cathedral.

A digital key is used to access the building.

The mailboxes can be found inside the entrance area.
Waste disposal
The waste station for residual waste can be found in the backyard. The nearest recycling station station for cardboard, paper, plastic, glass and metal is at Klostergata 29.
Storage rooms
Each shared flat has access to one unlocked storage room in the basement (exception: the 8-person flat in 20B shares two storage rooms). Flats may add their own padlock if desired. To rent your own private storage space, contact Sit bolig
Parking
There is no parking available at the building.
Parking spaces can be rented in the garage at Singsakerbakken 4B or outdoors at Nedre Singsakerslette.
Parking for bicycles
Outdoor bicycle parking is available in the backyard. All bikes must have a valid bike permit, available from the housing reception at Frode Rinnans veg 1. Bikes without a permit may be removed without notice.
Laundry
There is a common laundry room for Klostergata 18 and 20, located in the basement of Klostergata 20A, with three washing machines and three tumble dryers. Washing is paid via appWash (instructions available in the laundry room). Tumble dryers are free to use. Read more about laundry
