In some of our student housings you use a key chip or your mobile phone instead of a physical key. Here you will find information about how the lock works in your housing and how to install the key app on your mobile phone.

How to unlock/relock the door to your home

Which lock do you have? Find your variant and follow the simple steps in the image carousel below:

How to use lock 1 (Works with both mobile and chip)

Place the mobile phone/tag in front of the black field to unlock the door.
NB! Do not lock yourself out without a key! Please note that if you accidentally lock the door with the button from the inside when the door is open, it will lock when you go out and close the door.

How to use lock 2 (Only works with chip)

Place the chip in front of the black field to unlock the door. The lock will light green. The door is now unlocked and will remain unlocked.
NB! The chip is your key – take good care of it. Contact the reception if you lose it. Contact the maintenance if the lock flashes yellow (for battery replacement).

How to access the mailbox, elevator and laundry

This type of reader is found at entrance doors, mailboxes, elevators and entrances to laundromats. Hold the chip/mobile in front of the reader to unlock.
