Bøgata 42 student housing is located right next to the NTNU campus in Ålesund. The building has 4 floors and contains 6 one-bedroom apartments, 21 studio apartments and a shared apartment with 5 private rooms.

Access
A digital/mobile key is used to access the building.
Post
Private, lockable mailboxes can be found inside the entrance area.
Waste disposal
It is a buried waste solution for residual waste, food waste, cardboard/paper, plastic, glass and metal. The waste hatches are opened by using the student card.
Storage room
Residents in apartments have access to a private storage room on the lower floor. Residents in the shared apartment share a common storage room. Storage rooms must be locked with their own padlock.
Parking
There is a limited number of parking spaces on the premises. Only our tenants can rent parking space.
Parking for bicycles
There will be bicycle parking in an external storage with access control. All bikes must have a valid bike permit, available from the housing reception at Sundebygget, floor 2. Bikes without a permit may be removed without notice.
Outdoor area
There will be table, chairs and barbecue in the area.
Laundry
The laundry is located downstairs, with two washing machines and two tumble dryers. Washing is paid via appWash (instructions available in the laundry room). Tumble dryers are free to use. Read more about using the laundries
