Internet is included in your rent.

Mail

Mailboxes are located on the ground floor. Tenants in shared apartments have a shared mailbox.

Waste disposal

Trash bins are located behind the building. There are separate containers for general waste, food waste, cardboard/paper and glass/metal. Plastic is disposed in a separate shed.

Storage room

Storage rooms are located in the corridors of each floor.

Parking

There is a limited amount of parking spots available. These can be booked at bolig.sit.no. A valid parking permit is required before the parking space can be used. Parking permit can be collected at Sit Bolig's housing office (G building at NTNU) during opening hours.

Parking for bicycles

There is a separate storage room for bicycle parking next to the main entrance. Facilities are available for charging electric bicycles/electric scooters in the shed.
NB! Batteries for electric bicycles and electric scooters should not be charged inside the student housings.

Bicycles must be marked with a valid sticker. This can be picked up at Sit bolig housing office (G building at NTNU). Bicycles without a valid sticker may be removed without notice.

The laundry is located in the basement.

If you need to get in touch with our caretakers, or want to report a technical problem in your residence, you can submit your request online. Go to bolig.sit.no, log in to My page and select Contact us - Contact caretaker.
