Magnus den Godes gate 2 is located near Gløshaugen and is within walking distance of all the campuses located near the city centre. Here no two rooms are alike, and you share kitchen and bathroom with two to five other students.

Waste disposal
A waste disposal station is located in the gateway. A waste disposal station for cardboard, paper, plastic, glass and metal is located by Klæbuveien 52.
Storage room
Each tenant has a storage room in the basement or in the attic. You must bring your own padlock.
Parking
There are no parking spaces connected to the student housing, but you can apply for residential zone parking through Trondheim parkering. There is also regular paid parking in the area.
Bicycle parking
Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard or in the basement. Bicycles parked in the gateway can be removed without warning, since they block escape routes in case of fire and hinder waste collection. Make sure your bicycle is labeled with a valid parking sticker. You can get bicycle stickers from Sit Bolig's reception.
Laundry
There is a laundry in the basement, with two washing machines and two tumble-dryers. The laundry can be used between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
