Would you like to meet other students, get a bit more active, or simply find a welcoming place to socialise during your studies? Through PUST, a variety of activities and meeting places are organised for students in Gjøvik and Ålesund.

To mark World Mental Health Day, we invite you to the PUST Festival. A week filled with activities that provide opportunities for wellbeing, achievement, community and fun. From 12 to 16 October, you can take part in everything from mindfulness sessions and concerts to therapy dog visits 🎉🎈
The PUST Festival is about taking a break from everyday student life, meeting new people, and discovering activities that bring energy and balance. All events are open to students, and you are welcome to join whichever activities suit you best😍

The first Social Run in Gjøvik starts on Monday 24 August. This is an inclusive, low-threshold activity where everyone is welcome, regardless of pace or fitness level. The focus is simply on moving together and meeting other students. Afterwards, everyone can enjoy Sit’s popular cinnamon buns.

Social Run is organised in collaboration with NTNUI Running and Active Campus.
Association Boost is an event for all student societies, as well as anyone curious about student volunteering and society work. Before the social activities begin, participants will receive an inspiring professional boost with tips, tools and insights that make it easier to run and develop a student society. The day concludes with social activities at PTS, dinner at Fauno and a quiz evening at Huset.

Sometimes the simplest things are the best. Soup Tuesday is a regular meeting place in Gjøvik and takes place every Tuesday at Huset. Enjoy a free bowl of soup and get to know other students. 🥣

Welcome to a week dedicated to student mental health! From Monday 21 September to Friday 25 September, we will be marking World Mental Health Day with a wide range of events and activities, both big and small, all free of charge and open to every student 🎉
You can take part in everything from stand-up comedy, talks and workshops to waffle socials and badge-making sessions 😍 Check out the programme below and get involved!
"ERLEND OSNES – TRYING OUT NEW MATERIAL"
Kick off PSYCHO GOOD Week with plenty of laughter!
Presented by Stand Up Norge AS
Every new show has to start somewhere, and Erlend Osnes is currently developing his brand-new comedy show. Join him as he tests completely new material ahead of its planned premiere at Latter in January 2027.
Under the working title Four Letters, Erlend explores life with diagnoses, mental health challenges, and the feeling that the world seems to fit everyone else a little better than it fits him.
It will be personal, honest, moving and, of course, very funny. This is a unique opportunity to see brand-new material before anyone else! ✨

Does trust matter?
Sit psychologist Lars and student chaplain Joachim invite you to an informal evening of conversation at Samfunnet. Come on your own or bring a friend!

No registration required. Free pizza during the break, and the bar will be open.
