Parkbygget is located at Solsiden, Nedre Elvehavn, which is a commercial shopping area in Trondheim where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, stores, Olavskvartalet campus and cultural facilities.

Alle the shared kitchens in Parkbygget have a mailbox in corridor of the middle entrance from Innherredsveien.

Waste disposal

There is a waste disposal station for regular waste outside the building, towards the city.

If you have special waste, like batteries and paint, you can contact our maintenance department and they can help you get rid of it. There is a waste disposal station for special waste by our reception in Frode Rinnans veg 1 at Moholt.

Storage room

Each shared kitchen share a storage room in the basement.

Parking

There are no parking spaces in connection with Parkbygget. Contact Trondheim Parkering for information about other options for parking in the area.

Bicycle parking

You can park your bicycle in a shared storage room for bicycles in the basement. Make sure your bicycle is marked with a valid parking sticker. You can get a bicycle sticker at Sit Bolig's reception in Frode Rinnans veg 1 at Moholt.

Laundry

The laundry is in the basement. A completely new and modern washing system with automatic soap dosing and Airwallet payment solution is used. Use of the tumble dryers is free.
