Our eateries are decorated. We have already held the Christmas tree lighting and the exam boost, but we are not finished yet. In this article you get the overview. Photo: Collage

We at Sit want students to get into the Christmas mood — that’s why we hold a range of small and large events for the holidays. Preparations have already started. How does a Christmas workshop, rice-porridge evening, Christmas tree lighting, advent gathering or a Lucia parade with nursery-school children sound to you?

Find the overview of our events, opening hours and support services here in this article. Together, we make Christmas a little brighter – Merry Christmas from all of us at Sit!

Completely normal

We also know that many students stay in their study city over Christmas, and that the holiday season is not necessarily equally joyful for everyone. Perhaps you are dreading going home, or perhaps you are looking forward to a quiet Christmas on your own – both are completely normal.

Check out this article from Studenter spør if you recognise yourself in this:

The only one not looking forward to Christmas? Read this norwegian article from Students ask:

Den eneste som ikke gleder deg til jul?

Also remember that the Student Phone run by Mental Health is open every day from 18:00 to 02:00.
