Support for student organisations

We’re all for student volunteering! We help student organisations focus on what they do best: bringing students together and getting them involved.

New association page

Student organisations can now apply for financial support directly through the new student organisations portal. You can easily submit applications and track their status along the way. Find out who can apply, what you can get funding for and how the application process works.

Financial support

Apply for financial support for student-run activities. Sit and the Welfare Council distribute NOK 2.3 million to student volunteering every year.

Activity funding

Sit supports student organisations with coffee or gift cards from our cafés and canteens. You can apply all year round, with at least two months between applications.

Long-term agreements

The semester fee goes back to students and helps create a vibrant and welcoming student community. The Welfare Council manages the funds and decides how they are distributed.
