Are you planning to study for the very first time this autumn and considering living in Sit’s student housing? If so, this page is for you.

We have gathered the most important things you need to know about living in student housing here, so you can make confident choices before the semester starts.

Where should I look for housing?

Start your housing search in the place with the largest selection. The more options available, the greater your chances of finding a place that suits you.

Rent and annual rent adjustment

Please note that you may see two different rental prices:

  • The rent is adjusted annually from 1 August.
  • If your tenancy agreement starts on 1 August or later, the new rental price applies.
  • If your tenancy agreement starts before 1 August, you will pay the current rental price until 31 July.

Universally designed student housing

We want all students to be able to live safely and comfortably.
Consequently, we also offer universally designed and specially adapted housing.
