We know you've heard it a thousand times before: it's recommended to get at least 22 minutes of physical activity every day. Even though we know you know that being physically active brings numerous positive health benefits, it's still easy to skip it if your daily routine doesn't accommodate it.

We've created and compiled a variety of activity options to help you prioritize physical activity amidst a busy student life. Put aside thoughts like "I just need to..." and join in on an activity. Most of the offerings are free, and for a few, there's a small fee.

Would you like to try out a sport without any commitment? If you're a member of Sit Trening, you have the opportunity to participate in weekly exercise classes organized by NTNUI. You can find these classes in the group exercise schedule.

Every August, NTNUI organizes an activity festival known as aktivCampus. Here, you can participate in a wide range of events. Best of all, you get to meet and be active with other students!

Book a hall or gymnasium

Would you like to be active with your friends in a hall? If you're a member of Sit Trening, you have the opportunity to rent one of our sports halls, completely free. You don't need to be a member to join in the hall; you can buy a day pass to gain access.
