Carina N. Olsen

 – You also have a life outside the gym, together we’ll find balance.

As a personal trainer Carina is motived by giving you the tools that can help you become more independent and allow you to experience the joy of mastering your own training. Carina specialises in strength training, the core four (squats, deadlifts, bench presses and overhead pressing), weight loss and nutrition.

  • AFPT: Personal trainer, dietician, weightlifting and Olympic weightlifting
  • NTNU: Associate professor education in P.E. and sports (ongoing)

Are is an attentive PT who will help you take your workouts to the next level. Whether it’s getting started working out or further developing and challenging yourself, Are is ready to support you. He specialises in fitness and strength development, running technique and research-based training methodology.
