Emil F. Løwengreen

 – More training isn’t necessarily better training.

Emil will help you achieve your fitness goals, no matter what they are! He is an expert on various forms of strength training, cardio and energy systems, as well as training of athletes and training for admission to physical professions like the military, police or fire service.

Carina N. Olsen

 – You also have a life outside the gym, together we’ll find balance.

As a personal trainer Carina is motived by giving you the tools that can help you become more independent and allow you to experience the joy of mastering your own training. Carina specialises in strength training, the core four (squats, deadlifts, bench presses and overhead pressing), weight loss and nutrition.

  • AFPT: Personal trainer, dietician, weightlifting and Olympic weightlifting
  • NTNU: Associate professor education in P.E. and sports (ongoing)

Erwan Vaujany

 – Good routines in your daily life will help you love and master your workouts.

With Erwan, you’ll get a PT with a playful approach to training and motivation. He is a trained physiotherapist and can help with rehabilitation after an injury, as well as assist in the development of your handstand technique. He is an expert on Calisthenics, functional movement and Kinesica.

Anita Hundseid

 – It is a lot of power in the joy of exercise.

Anita is the Norwegian national champion in the Street workout category “Power”, so she’ll gladly help you improve your pull-ups, dips and motivation. She’s an expert when it comes to Calisthenics, running technique, strength training and aerobic. Anita can push and encourage you so that you’ll feel the joy of exercise, and at the same time reach your training goals.

  • NTNU: Master’s in Physical Activity and Health (ongoing)
  • Sit: group class instructor course, aerobic/endurance, and strength

Espen A. Eriksen

 – No one is the same – each workout must be adapted to the level you’re at.

With Espen, you’ll meet a PT who knows how to transfer the feeling of encouragement and strength from your workouts to your daily life. His focus areas are strength training, flexibility and power training, mobility and coordination. Together you will find the right way to master both your training and health.

Are S. Trøan

– Even the impossible is possible – you just have to give it time.

Are is an attentive PT who will help you take your workouts to the next level. Whether it’s getting started working out or further developing and challenging yourself, Are is ready to support you. He specialises in fitness and strength development, running technique and research-based training methodology.
