As a member of Sit training you have access to five gyms, here you can find an overview of our opening hours:

 

TRENING ENG opening hours

Sit Portalen (at Solsiden)

The fitness centre at Portalen is modern and you can go to classes in two different multipurpose rooms. There is also a big indoor cycling room. Dropping weights are not allowed at this location. 

Opening hours:

Monday–Friday: 6.30am–10.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am–8.00pm
Sunday: 9.00am–10.00pm

 

Idrettsbygget Gløshaugen

Opening hours:

Monday–Friday: 6.00am*–11.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am–8.00pm
Sunday:  9.00am–10.00pm

*Staffed from 06.30am

 

Dragvoll Idrettssenter

Dragvoll offers a broad variety of training. In addition to the fitness centre you can use an indoor climbing wall, squash courts, three multipurpose rooms, two handball courts and a room for indoor cycling.


 

Opening hours:

Monday–Friday: 7.30am–10.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am–8.00 pm
Sunday: 10.00am–10.00 pm

 

Moholt fitness center

At Moholt you will find a brand new training center with free weights, strength and cardio equipment – all you need for a good workout. There are no showers at Moholt, but there are changing rooms and toilets.

Opening hours:

Monday–Sunday: 6am–10pm

 

Sit DMMH fitness room

​Sit Trening at Queen Maud University College contains varied fitness equipment covering all major muscle groups. You also have access to yoga classes twice a week, and training advisors.

Opening hours:

Monday–Sunday: 6.30am–10.30pm

You have go get access to the DMMH school to use the training room before 8 am and after 3 pm. Contact the administration at DMMH during the opening hours to get access.

Yoga at DMMH

We offer yoga classes at DMMH. You'll find the yoga room on the second floor in the new part of the building (across the walking brigde).
