Did you know that Sit helps students mastering student life?

Every semester Sit arranges courses to make student life easier. During our courses you’ll get theory, tools and discussions on topics such as stress management, time management and public speaking.

The campus nurse is available if you need someone to talk to. The campus nurses provide counseling about a wide range of topics, such as loneliness, student life, stress, mental and sexual health. Every Wednesday between 1600 and 1900 you can receive advice about contraceptives and test yourself for STIs on our health station on Gløshaugen.
