About the medical centre
Gløshaugen medical centre is located at campus Gløshaugen. The doctors at the centre have many student patients. They therefore possess special expertise in health matters related to young people.
We can help you with:
- contraception, gynecological examinations and STDs
- psychological issues
- sports injuries
- medical certificates
The regular GP scheme
SiT Gløshaugen legesenter is part of the regular GP scheme. Once you are registered in Norway, you automatically receive a form about the regular GP scheme (“fastlegeordningen”) from the Social Security Office. Information about this scheme can be obtained from SiT Gløshaugen legesenter or The International Office, NTNU. You can even call the regular GP scheme directly at: 810 59 500.
Acute medical help?
If you get sick on the day of your exam, we can give you a medical certificate, even though you are not registered at this medical centre. We also offer acute medical help for all students.
