In the cafeteria in Ålesund, you will find a varied salad and hot food buffet, as well as fresh sandwich products, toast, grilled dishes, hot and cold drinks. Every Thursday, we serve traditional potato dumplings. The highlight of the week is cinnamon bun Wednesday! Take a break and treat yourself with freshly baked cinnamon buns!

In addition to a varied salad and hot food buffet, you can also get today's soup and bread for 33 NOK. Every day, our chefs prepare soup, dinner, and lunch based on the ingredients they have available, so both the daily menu and soup will vary from day to day.
