Course Content

What is mindfulness? How does it work (a bit of theory about the brain and stress) and why is presence important?

You will learn the four most well-known and fundamental exercises in mindfulness:

  • Sitting meditation
  • body scanning
  • Walking meditation
  • Yoga / mindful movement

Course leaders

  • Lill er utdannet lærer, og har jobbet som kontaktlærer og kunst- og håndverklærer i 6 år, før hun i 2008 tok en fireårig psykoterapeututdanning. Hun har i tillegg tatt utdanning som mindfulnessinstruktør hos Ivar Vehler, en av Norges mest profilerte instruktører innen mindfulness.
