Association course

The course for those who want to improve in strengthening the work environment, preventing conflicts, and mastering trust responsibilities in student volunteering.

Course leaders

  • Roar has completed the teacher education program at NTNU, with physical education and sports science as his main subjects. Additionally, Roar has extensive experience in student volunteering in both Oslo and Trondheim, including involvement with student associations, Under Dusken, and the Student Democracy at NTNU. Roar is responsible for the association courses and works closely with student volunteering for Sit.

  • Marianne is a civil engineer by training, with further education in pedagogy, sociology, and counseling. She has served as a leader for Samfundet, information manager for UKA, and has been involved in ISFiT. She has extensive experience working with students and mastery. Marianne conducts courses in areas such as presentation skills, meeting facilitation, and team building.
