Svala is the project leader and training instructor. She holds a Master’s degree in Physical Activity and Health from NTNU and has several years of experience with personal training, group sessions, and lifestyle change programmes for different audiences.

Lisa Leng Thum Svisdal, Senterleder Sit Gjøvik
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports, Physical Activity, and Health from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL). With years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, she is passionate about helping students create personalized training plans that foster confidence, enjoyment, and balance in everyday life.
