Svala is the project leader and training instructor. She holds a Master’s degree in Physical Activity and Health from NTNU and has several years of experience with personal training, group sessions, and lifestyle change programmes for different audiences. She will help you adapt the sessions to suit your needs, level, and student life. Her passion is to help students experience a sense of achievement through physical activity, gain more energy in daily life, and enjoy a better study experience.
