Course information

  • Duration: 6 days, 2.5 hours each time + 2 follow-up sessions-NB! This course is only offered in Norwegian

  • Places: 10

  • Price: Free of charge. Failure to cancel will incur a fee of 400NOK

This course aims to improve depression and prevent new episodes of depression.

Course Content

  • Become more aware of the connection between thoughts and feelings
  • The significance of interpretations
  • Learn techniques to reduce the impact of depression
  • Home exercises between course days

You will have a preliminary meeting with the course leader before the course begins. This is to assess whether the course is right for you and to provide information about the course structure.
