Course information

  • Duration: 30 min

  • Places: 20

  • Price: Free

Join our 30‑minute outdoor training sessions in weeks 18–22! Each session combines simple strength and enduranse exercises and is suitable for all levels – especially if you find it hard to stay active during exam season. We train in outdoor fitness parks and open areas using basic equipment.

After each session you’ll get a post‑workout treat!

Where do I meet up?

Moholt | Moholt Outdoor Fitness Park
Meet directly in the fitness park.

Øya | Finalebanen Park
Meet at the entrance to Helgasetr in Vangslunds Gate 5-minutes before the session starts, or go directly to Finalebanen Park.

City Centre | Marinen Park Meet at Olavskilden (St. Olav’s spring) drinking fountain at Marinen. If you want to walk together, an instructor will leave from Helgasetr in Elgeseter Gate 15-minutes before the session starts.

Course leaders

    Svala holds a master’s degree in Physical Activity and Health from NTNU, and has extensive experience as a fitness instructor. She helps you adapt the training to your needs so you can experience mastery and enjoy a fun and efficient workout!
