Check lists for cleaning

Cleaning inspection when moving out

All tenants must make an appointment for checking out of the apartment well in advance of actually moving out. During the check out, if parts of the cleaning is not staisfactory, you're given the opportunity to fix it on the spot, which in turn means that you can avoid being charged for additional cleaning after you have moved out. The procedure for a check out goes like this:

  • You order a check out, well in advance of actually moving out, by emailing [email protected]
  • Sit only does check outs on weekdays between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm
  • Together we set a time for the check out  - always on the day you move out
  • You remove all your belongings and clean the apartment before we arrive
  • Together we go over the apartment and come to an agreement on what is satisfactory and what need improving. You're given the opportunity right there and then to fix what needs improving
  • After the inspection you'll receive a written report stating whether everything is in order og if something needs improving
  • If you move out without having cleaned properly, we will make sure it is done, and you will be charged for the work

Vermin

Should you find yourself in a situation where you have bedbugs or any other kind of bugs or vermin in your room or apartment, there are two things we want you to do:

  1. Notify the maintenance department as soon as possible - call 91 32 78 38 or email [email protected]. Do not call the alarm central.
  2. Do not try to get rid of the problem yourself - We will make sure that professional exterminators deal with it.
