We know you've heard it a thousand times before, at least 22 minutes of physical activity is recommended every day. Although you might know that being active is beneficial for your health, it is still so easy to drop it or postpone it if your everyday life doesn’t accommodate for it.
We have created and gathered several activities which can help you prioritise physical activity during the week. Put aside thoughts like "I just have to..." and sign-up for an activity. Most of the activities are free, and for some you must pay a small fee to participate. We will continuously add activities to our activity calendar.

We’ve rented a ski bus to transport students from Trondheim to Meråker alpine center every weekend until Easter. Meråker is perfect for skiing – whether you prefer downhill, cross country or both.

Want to be active with your friends in a sports hall? If you have a membership with Sit Trening you can rent a sports hall for free. You don’t have to be member to join in, you can just buy a daily pass to get access to the sports centre.

Every August, NTNUI organises an activity festival, better known as aktivCampus. Here you can join in on many different events. And the best of all – you get to meet and be active with other students!
