Moholt student village

Moholt is the largest of the student villages in Trondheim. There are several different housing units there, and you are sure to find something that suits you. We have single rooms, apartments for couples without children and apartments for families with children.

The student village is known for its good international community, where students from all over the world have access to 19 student basements, frequently used for social happenings.

At Moholt there are about 1300 single rooms and over 300 family flats. Nearby the family flats several of SiT's kindergartens are located.

Everyone who lives there can also enjoy the large garden areas around the student village, where people often gather for barbecues and other social activities.

All housing units at Moholt may take advantage of our services, including caretaker, laundry and cleaning of common areas. High-speed internet connections available cable TV is included in the house rent. There is a telephone at every room, but there is no line out from the telephone. You can call to other rooms at the student village without using a public line and people from outside can call you.

People living in Moholt choose to live there because it is an affordable and comfortable living alternative with all facilities present.

Some of the apartments are adjusted for the physically disabled.
