Sverresgate 8
The student residences at Sverresgate are located in the middle of Trondheim city centre. The apartments are designed for couples without children, but if there is no waiting list it's also a good alternative for single persons wanting to have their separate kitchen and bathroom.
Use of the laundry is included in the house rent. All the apartments are associated with our service facilities, which amongst others include caretakers and cleaning of the common areas. There is access to high-speed internet and cable TV in every apartment.
Its central location is advantageous for active students. NTNU Gløshaugen, DMF/St. Olav, HiST engineering and NTNU musical studies campuses are all within walking distances.
If you are living at Sverresgate, you will be able to enjoy the city's various offers of theatres, movie halls and restaurants. People living at Sverresgate prefer to live here, because it's reasonable, centrally located and they can have their own kitchen and bathroom.
