At Nedre singsakerslette student village, you will find various types of residences and you are almost certain to find something that suits you. We have single-rooms, studio apartments and couple-apartments. You can chose between newly built or old rehabilitated residences. When the area will be completely rehabilitated and extended, there will be around 500 students living here.

The student village is centrally situated with walking distances to downtown, Studentersamfundet, the fitness centre at Gløshaugen and many of the city's university/college campuses.

All the residences at Nedre Singsakerslette are associated with our service facilities, which amongst others include caretakers, laundry and cleaning of the common areas. All the units have connection to high-speed internet and cable TV.
