Klostergata 18 was completely rehabilitated in the period 1990-1991 and started being used as a students' residence from 1991.

Klostergata 18 consists of 24 single rooms. The single rooms vary in sizes between 10 to 14 square metres. Every kitchen and bathroom is shared amongst 3 or 5 single rooms. In the kitchen, you will find a stove and a refrigerator with a deep freeze. The rooms are furnished. Electricity is billed as a fixed amount every month. Storage room is available in the attic. There is access to high-speed internet, cable TV and a telephone in every unit.

All the residence units are associated with our service facilities, which amongst others include caretakers, laundry and cleaning of the common areas.
