All students accepted at NTNU, HiST or DMMH through Samordnet opptak can apply for student housing. Please remember to send us proof of your current student status (letter of admission or valid semester card). Couples where both are students will be given preference for couples and family apartments. Exchange students and other students admitted through your institution can only apply for housing through your international coordinator.
moholt Moholt student village
Lerkendal 2 Lerkendal student village

Moholt is a good place to stay when you are just arriving in Trondheim. The community is youthful and international, and the prices are low!

SiT has 330 family apartments. If you have children, you can apply for Moholt or Steinan.

Steinan has a nice mix of new and more experienced students.

If you wish to live centrally situated, perhaps Klostergata, Sverresgate or Magnus den Godesgate will be right for you.

Karinelund and Frode Rinnansvei is located between Gløshaugen and Dragvoll. There are single rooms in a garden-like environment.

If you wish to live in a new building with high standards and a central location, you might want to consider Lerkendal, Teknobyen (Norwegian text only), Parkbygget (Norwegian text only), Bloksberg or Nedre Singsakerslette.

On the east side of town, we have couples apartments in Jakobsliveien 55.
