Who can apply for SiT housing?

International students receiving their admission via "samordnet opptak" can apply for housing through our web site. If you are an international exchange student, master student or visiting student you must contact international coordinator at your institution to apply for a room. These student groups can not apply directly to SiT. PhD candidates can not apply for student accommodation.

Students that are affiliated with SiT can apply for housing, which includes students at these schools:

  • NTNU
  • HiST
  • DMMH
  • Folkeuniversitetet Jus

For your application to be approved, you need to send us proof of your current student status in Trondheim. Letters of admission and semester cards are both valid.

If you send several applications only the last will be valid. You can choose up to 3 different studentvillages on the same application.
