Students are happier with SiT

A survey among students in Trondheim shows that students are more pleased with SiT's services than before.

A SIT-JUMP: SiT has scored higher!

SiT has asked students about their satisfaction with our services since 1998. Last year's survey shows that students are happier with us and our services than ever before.
Sports and information are the two areas that improved the most. Students really enjoy the sports fascilities at Gløshaugen after the renewal. And after the opening at Gløshaugen, there is much more room for sporty students at Dragvoll.

Helping us to improve
In the survey students give us points on a scale from one to six. Those who give low scores must explain why they aren't pleased. In this way we get lots of useful information on how to satisfy students in the future.
- We make use of the students' answers to develop our services, says the Chief Executive Officer of SiT, Knut Solberg. SiT Kafe got low scores this time, but they have now had workshops with students to improve the dinner menus in the cafes this semester.
